Garanti Koşulları

Tüm ürünler aksi belirtilmediği takdirde Anadolu Kültürel Girişimcilik A.Ş. garantisi altındadır.

Garanti koşullarının geçerli olabilmesi için kargo teslimatı esnasında ürünü mutlaka kontrol ediniz. Herhangi bir hasar gördüğünüzde tutanak tutturarak ürünü teslim almayınız.

Ürün üzerinde yapılan değişiklikler, ürünün deforme olması ya da ürünün orijinal dizaynının bozulması garanti kapsamı dışındadır.

Ürün İade Koşulları

Sitemiz üzerinden satın aldığınız ürünün hatalı çıkması halinde teslimat tarihinden itibaren en geç 7 gün içerisinde bizimle iletişim kurmanız gerekmektedir. Bu bilgileri takiben anlaşmalı olduğumuz kargo şirketleri ile bize ulaştıracağınız hatalı ürün yenisi ile değiştirilecektir.

İade ettiğiniz ürünleri tarafınıza iletilen iade kodu ile anlaşmalı olduğumuz Yurtiçi Kargo aracılığıyla ücretsiz bir şekilde gönderim yapabilirsiniz.

Sipariş edilen ürün hatası müşteri kullanımından oluşmuşsa veya 7 günlük süre içerisinde ürün kullanılmışsa ürünün iade ve değişimi yapılmaz.

Kalite Güvence departmanımıza gelen ürünlerin, iade şartlarına uygun ulaştırılması durumunda ürün tutarlarının iadesi, ürünün tarafımıza ulaştığı gün işleme alınacaktır. İadenin hesabınıza yansıma süresi, bankanızın inisiyatifindedir. Kredi kartına yapılan iadeler 7 gün içerisinde hesaba yansımaktadır.

Ürün iadesi ve değiştirme şartları olarak, 4077 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun gereği uygulamalar esastır.
